John C. Shepard, AICP; is a development professional, currently living in the Four Corners Region of Arizona-Colorado-New Mexico-Utah. He has worked in economic development and land use policy for 20 years across the Great Plains and Rocky Mountain states. Most recently, he helped achieve adoption of a contentious update to the award-winning PlanCheyenne. John is also an amateur historian, avid outdoorsman, and occasional music critic.
Mr. Shepard is a graduate of the University of Illinois and the University of Colorado, and holds certifications from the National Development Council and the American Institute of Certified Planners.
